Top Notch Group was founded by Alex Morgan, a self‑made entrepreneur who has developed, supported, scaled, and sold internationally successful projects. Based on his many years of experience, the idea emerged to purposefully strengthen first‑class companies – regardless of whether they are already well‑known or have so far received too little visibility.

At the core is a premium distinction that makes entrepreneurial quality, attitude, and professionalism visible to the outside world.

For this purpose, Alex Morgan developed a quality seal as well as an award, based on clearly defined high-level criteria. Compliance with these quality standards is reviewed and regularly monitored by an independent expert council. In this way, trust is created – for customers, partners, and the market.

has more than 40 years of experience in the business environment. As a Managing Director, Mentor and Consultant, she supports companies and leaders in developing sustainable excellence - regardless of their size or industry.

At the heart of her work are a clear stance, responsible leadership, and a values-based corporate culture. Respect, appreciation, loyalty, and quality are key success factors in day-to-day actions.

With her involvement with the Top Notch Group, Ursula Vormwald is making a deliberate statement in support of companies that make quality visible and clearly commit themselves to attitude, responsibility and excellence.

Anke Goessler;

Bachelor in Psychology, Mentor, Consultant

Anke Goessler studied psychology in Virginia, USA, and brings over 25 years of experience in working with people. As a mentor and consultant, she supports individuals and companies in gaining clarity, making conscious decisions, and enabling sustainable developement. In addition, she worked for many years in property management in the Caribbean, gaining valuable international and entrepreneurial experience.

The combination of psychological depth, business understanding and an intercultural perspective continues to shape her work to this day.

The founder of the Top Notch Group USA, is Alex Morgan, he is a fellow student of Anke Goessler.

Together with Ursula Vormwald, she is responsible for the activities of the Top Notch Group in Europe, the United Arab Emirates, and Asia.

Her focus is on making outstanding quality, first-class performance, and excellence, visible, in an international context.
